With over 30 years of experience—from frontline sales to leading AI-powered transformations—he’s helped major distributors unlock hidden margin, optimize operations, and scale pricing strategies. An expert in data science, software engineering, and AI, Tony is known for custom solutions that deliver results, generating over $100 million annually in incremental client profit. Before founding ProfitOptics in 2008, Tony helped triple General Medical’s profit, leading to its $700M sale to McKesson, where he later served as Corporate Director of Margin Management. He also led technology at Labsco and holds an MBA in finance and statistics.
