Lead client engagements, grow strategic relationships, and help distributors and manufacturers drive measurable profit improvement.
Company Overview
In distribution and manufacturing, the complexity of pricing, rebate programs, fragmented data, and operational workflows creates some of the largest untapped margin opportunities in the market.
That’s where we operate.
What makes ProfitOptics different is not just what we solve, but how we solve it. We don’t show up with a single product looking for a problem. We bring deep domain expertise across pricing, rebates, data, and operations, along with integrated teams that can address multiple profit drivers within the same client relationship.
This means our work compounds. We help clients solve the right problems, in the right order, to deliver measurable results quickly and sustain them over time.
For our team, it creates a different kind of environment. You’re not working on isolated projects or one-off solutions. You’re working at the core of how businesses make money, alongside experienced operators, with the opportunity to see your work translate directly into real financial impact.
Position Overview
As a Client Partner at ProfitOptics, you will be the face of every engagement you own. You will serve as the primary client contact, the delivery leader, and the relationship owner from kickoff through renewal.
On our lean project teams, this means wearing multiple hats and stepping into the role of Project Manager or Business Analyst as the work demands. This is not a coordination role. It is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is equally comfortable working through business requirements with a client, keeping a development team focused and unblocked, and presenting a business review to a client executive.
If you thrive in environments where ownership is broad and the work is meaningful, this role is built for you.
Key Responsibilities

Financial Management
- Own the P&L for your account portfolio, monitoring project financials and ensuring healthy margins
- Manage contract terms, change orders, and pricing negotiations in collaboration with leadership
- Provide regular financial reporting on account performance to internal stakeholders
Client Satisfaction

Industry Expertise
- Apply knowledge of distribution industry operations, workflows, and challenges to shape solutions and deepen client value
