Geoff loves spending time with people, learning about them, and determining how we can all work to reach our collective goals. A diehard New England sports fan, Geoff graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in business and a love of being outdoors (running, hiking and skiing, specifically). Geoff considers himself lucky to have been part of companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Medtronic, Boston Scientific, McKesson, and Owens & Minor. In addition to $3B P&L responsibility and Fortune 500 corporate officer responsibility, Geoff has been on the leadership team of three emerging-growth companies that all achieved successful exits. Beyond ProfitOptics, Geoff sits on two nonprofit boards and two private company boards. Whether on the sidelines watching his son play high school sports or watching his daughter dance, Geoff is always amazed at what people can accomplish as a team. With that mindset, he maintains great focus on building the best team at ProfitOptics so that employees and clients can achieve their “art of possible.” Geoff is married to Jane, his high school sweetheart, and they have 5 children together.
Jon Ladle is ProfitOptics’ Managing Partner and Head of Digital Strategy, Enterprise Solutions. Jon’s focus at ProfitOptics is designing, building and managing mission-critical technology systems. He creates products and platforms that work within a company's current ecosystem, allowing for expansion and unlocking value from existing technology. He specializes in building enterprise platforms and building digital products to enhance systems like ERPs, CRMs and LIMs to create advantages that out-of-the-box systems don't offer. Before joining ProfitOptics, Jon held various leadership positions at Advanous, including President, Director of Product Development, and Pricing & Margin Analyst. Jon holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Brigham Young University.
With decades of leadership experience in software and services, Phil drives operational excellence and scalable growth. Under his guidance, ProfitOptics continues to evolve its delivery model—integrating technology, data, and AI to build a more agile, global workforce and deliver faster, smarter outcomes for clients.
A lifelong technologist, Aca fell in love with programming 30 years ago after reading The C Programming Language—and he hasn’t looked back. With an Engineer’s Degree from the Faculty of Electronic Engineering in Niš, Serbia, Aca has led technical teams across multiple startups, solving complex problems and shaping the foundations of several successful ventures. Since joining ProfitOptics in 2011, he’s been at the helm of our technology vision, blending hands-on innovation with steady leadership. Outside of work, Aca is a proud father of three, a devoted husband, and an amateur beekeeper with a knack for Morse code.
Felicia Holzgrefe oversees ProfitOptics’ client delivery organization, ensuring every engagement is executed with excellence. She drives optimization across resources, delivery quality, and financial performance—so projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with exceptional client satisfaction. Focused on efficiency and growth, Felicia partners across teams to advance results for clients and the company.
Brandon Lassiter is Vice President of Data Solutions at ProfitOptics, where he helps distributors and manufacturers unlock measurable business results from their data. With over two decades of experience leading enterprise-scale digital transformation, AI strategy, and analytics innovation, Brandon bridges the gap between technology teams and business leaders to deliver clarity, ROI, and relevance in a rapidly evolving market.
Brian Cox is Vice President of Pricing Strategy at ProfitOptics, where he helps distributors and manufacturers unlock margin growth and performance through smarter pricing. With more than two decades of experience leading pricing and revenue management at multi-billion-dollar companies, Brian brings a rare blend of industry expertise and pragmatic leadership. He has built pricing organizations, implemented enterprise-wide platforms, and guided teams to align sales, finance, operations, and merchandising around one goal: sustainable growth.
